Since Buyer enthusiasm is greatest in a listing that is new to the market, it is critical that you as a Seller and I have done all of our work up front. I will provide resoures when outside help is needed. I will help you "stage" your home with suggestions for furniture placement, de-cluttering, and accessories as needed. Once your home is prepared, I provide immediate exposure through rigorous networking, the Regional Multiple Listing Service, World Wide Web, newspaper, open houses, and beautiful color home brochures.
